Overnight Parking Permit

A Parking Permit is only required for any vehicles parking overnight in the identified Municipal Parking Lots during the Winter Parking Ban months (December 1^st to March 31^st). The cost of the permit is $10 per day and must be displayed in all vehicles that park overnight in one of the designated parking lots. Vehicles must also be parked in one of the designated parking spaces with the green signs. Spaces are limited so availability is on a first come, first serve basis.

Overnight Parking Permits can be purchased on a day-to-day basis and must be displayed on the dash of the vehicle. Vehicles must be registered no later than 1:30 a.m. on the night/morning of the exemption. Any unregistered vehicles in the parking lot or parked on a Township Road between 4:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. are liable to be ticketed.

Permits and payments must be completed online. The permit fee is subject to a non-refundable convenience fee of $1.50 for all online transactions.

The following are the only Municipal Parking Lots where overnight parking is permitted with the necessary permits:

• Breslau Community Centre (100 Andover Drive)
• Maple Street Parking Lot in Elmira

Please Note: Payment must be received before a permit will be issued. If payment has not been received, you will not receive a permit and your vehicle is liable to be ticketed.
