The Township of Woolwich Digital Sign was installed at the gateway to Elmira at Arthur St. S. & Southfield Dr. in order to promote and increase communication in our community.  To request advertising on the Digital Sign, you must submit the following agreement between the Advertiser and the Township of Woolwich.  The Advertiser shall not hold the Township liable or responsible for any errors and/or omissions that may occur, however caused.

Personal information collected on this form is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the purposes of reviewing this application. Questions regarding the collection of personal information should be directed to the Clerk's Department:

Please ensure your media-ready advertisment is submitted at least 5 business days prior to the advertisement release date. You are entitled to one media change per month.
       Picture Advertisments: Image size 360 x 180 pixels, must be .bmp, .docx .gif, .jpeg, .pnx, .px or .tiff RBG format
       Video Advertisements: 10 seconds in length, .avi, .mov, .mp4, .mpeg or .wmv files, and fit 5:3 ratio

The Township of Woolwich Municipal Digital Sign Advertising Policy outlines specific criteria for advertisers including principles and general requirements for all displayed advertising.  All advertisers must read and understand the criteria. The policy can be found be following the link.
